IT IS laughable that United Party for National Development president Hakainde Hichilema has challenged Speaker of the National Assembly Patrick Matibini to state what clause he used in the Constitution to reject the request by Law Association of Zambia (LAZ) to halt the Constitution Amendment Bill Number 10 of 2019.
What powers does an ordinary citizen have to question the Speaker’s decisions in the execution of his duties?
Maybe someone should tell me the latest that Hakainde is now an MP. HH really should tone down. He is now making himself a laughing stock. I have never seen such kind of desperation in my life.
