KAMBWILI and his group have disregarded the party constitution with impunity and are masquerading as leaders, we are warning them to stop the confusions they have caused in the party, National Democratic Congress (NDC) spokesperson, Brian Chirambo, has said.
In an interview with the Daily Nation yesterday, the NDC spokesperson also warned Mr Kambwili to desist from masquerading as the leader of the party as the members would not allow him to continue to abrogate the constitution.
He appealed to the former Roan Member of Parliament to respect the NDC constitution to make peace with the party membership.
Mr Chirambo said Mr Kambwili was not capable of governing a nation like Zambia as he had failed to handle issues at party level.
He said it was unfortunate that a person vying for the highest office in the land could fail to sit down with others to discuss issues in the party.
“How can he solve national problems involving millions of people if he can’t sit down with Mr Musenge and address the issues that NDC is going through today,” he said.
He accused Mr Kambwili of creating confusion in the party, saying it was important that he exercised maturity for the sake of bringing law and order in the nation.
Mr Chirambo said, “Let Kambwili humble himself and tell the people of Zambia the true issues surrounding the problems with NDC.”
Mr Chirambo said the former lawmaker knows very well what had brought instability in the party, saying he should stop peddling lies against Mr Musenge if he was a man of his word.
