Songstress Salma Sky’s ‘Kakalebalika’ video that has been trending on social media has won praises from fans and followers for its positivism and consciousness.
Although the song was released some time back, the recent video directed by Salma’s husband and Zambia Association of Musicians president Tivo Shikapwasha has received positive reviews.
This has encouraged Salma to gain more confidence as she prepares for her biggest ever show, ‘ The Stanbic Music Festival’ where she is one of the opening act.
In explaining the concept of the song, Salma sometimes referred to as the ‘Queen Of The South’, says the song honours all grandmothers, especially her own.
